Problem with fixer gigs.

I want to do some of the fixer gigs but when I get to their location all there is is some text dialogue that goes nowhere (blue choices). Happened both times I went to talk to padre and owako(okako?) sp forget her name. I have no quests for either in my journal. I've been called by wakako. Im level 20 and level 23 street cred. I'm having a hard time finding any information online.

The gigs from the fixers are marked on your map in the area they are in, when you approach the location they will call/text you with information.

You go to the gig locations on your map, get out of your vehicle while nearby and the fixer will call you with info on the gig.
To see the gig locations you can select gigs in your map filters.
Kinda like they sent you a bunch of map pins with where the jobs are when they called or texted you when you came into the area.

You need to do the mainstory further to open up more gigs, or get higher street cred which is gained by... going further in the storylines. (not just mainstory)

Street cred increases faster than regular level.

Gigs just appear in the game world as unknown green markers, youll get the mission in the journal once you reach those markers.

Yeah I've seen their location on map. Tracked their location, entered the area, went to them. Nothing. I'll try driving in the area cuz I walked to them.

Weird. I've tagged their location on the map and then gone up to them and not gotten a phone call. I'll try driving in the area as I was on foot and maybe that'll help. Thanks for the replies, guys.
