What perk causes the weird orange vision + laughing effect?

Its quite annoying me and I would like to refund whatever causes it in the skill tree

I can't be 100% sure since I can't test it out right now, but I'm *fairly* sure it's the Fury effect from the capstone skill from the tech tree, the one that allows you to go over the cyberware limit, it has that secondary effect of possibly making you go slightly berserk.

Probably Edgerunner, from at the top of the "Tech" tree and allowing you to bypass your cyberware capacity and trading up to 25% health against 25% damage, making you turn cyberpsycho from time to time when you kill someone.

so sadly that means if your using it and its proccing you kinda are over capacity with cyberware.... it procs more often the higher over the limit you are...

Yeah I know Im over capacity, just didnt know what perk caused it again :D Gonna refund it because while Its nice in combat, I dont really like seeing it , throws me off.
