Pay It Forward Perk
Does "retrieving from an enemy" count as the Juggler cooldown reset?

Like, if I have Juggler, and throw it at a persons face and kill them, I autoget my knife back, does that autogive activate Pay It Forward or is it ONLY if I personally dig my knife out of someone?

idk, but this sounds to me like something you could just test in game? Perks can be reallocated at will.
