How do you use vehicle weapons?

I have a few cars that have mounted weapons, it says press TAB to draw weapon but nothin happens.

On my vehicles with no weapons, TAB does draw out my SMG/Pistol/Katana

But I cant use the vehicle weapons at all, or is it another hotkey?
