Is there a console command to improve skills in 2.0?

I've tried both of these and doesn't work:
Game.SetLevel("Engineering", x)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.EngineeringSkillbook",1)

[Call_us_Legion]

Ok so I'm on version 2.12 and in order to increase the Tech Skill Progress (Engineer), these commands don't work for me ;
Game.AddToInventory("Items.TechnicalSkill_Skillbook", 1)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.TechnicalSkill_Skillbook_Legendary", 1)

But this one does, so here ya go :
Game.AddToInventory("Items.TechnicalSkillbook_Strong", 1)

Found it in a nice Excel file online full of fun and usefull commands
