Sandevistans missing

Hi, I started a new build for 2.0, my character is currently level 6, 7 street cred. No matter how hard I look around Watson, no RipperDoc has a Sandevistan of any kind. How do I fix this?

I believe it's tied to player level. The best sandivistan (apogee) can be bought at any ripperdoc after player levle 40

yeah everything tied to street creed now so you can beat up fingers without repercussions now very fun

if i remember correclty you can buy your first early sandevistan at player level 20, i don't think street cred matters, just player level. it only gives you a 20% time slow however, while the endgame one "apogee" gives an insane 85% slow, avaliable as stated above at player level 40

I think I watched some vid talking about this and the thing is sandevistans and things like that start appearing at lvl 10. Not before that.

Sandevistans and berserkers start to appear at ripperdocks at lvl 10, as do legs and arms upgrades. Each 10 levels, all sold cyberware rarity increase by one color (blue lvl20, purple lvl30, orange lvl40 ) as well as unlocking news cyberware types.

So unless you just passed a 10 level millestone, it's useless to go check for new goodies at the ripperdoc
