Most overpowered build after 2.0?
Prior to the update I had Intelligence, Reflexes and Cool. Intelligence was insane.

Now with the nerf update it seems somewhere around Technical Ability, Body and Cool or Reflexes to be the best skills.

What's good for Very Hard difficulty?

Maxed out reflex, body, tech and using militech apogee sandevistan. Time slows in so many ways on top of the sandy, it's a total blast. Coupled with the projectile launcher BOOM

So it's a time slowing build. Coupled with shotguns, LMG and using Her Majesty for stealth kills.

My tech/int netrunner build with legendary burnout synapse can deal at 17k to 80k damage at just one quickhack, but i dont know about other builds

The three God Builds in 2.0 are:

Blades + Sandevistan / Berserk
Shotgun + Sandevistan
Blunt + Berserk

All other gun types are underperforming.
Netrunning is underperforming.
Stealth is underperforming.

I dont think netrunning is bad

It's just that... There is no true incentive to do it compared to run'n'gun/slash'n'dash type. Even those missions that have Optional objective to not raise alarm/not start a fight/not get spotted... they all just reward you like 3000 eddies or something like that, at best. And more respectful/less respectful comments from the quest-giver, depending if you go silent or loud... which is instantly forgotten the next time they contact you. With a few rare exceptions that do net you some iconic stuff(or not, if you mess up). And 3000 eddies is like what..? 3-4 green+ guns you sell to a vendor? So why bother with wasting time on "slow'n'steady" stealth if I can just swoop in, murder everyone, grab their loot and do 3 more jobs like this in the same amount of time as you do one in stealth mode? :D You know?

If there was a real reason, a tangible benefit, a bonus each time for stealth approach, a reward that you can truly FEEL that you gain something for your time investment(to a point of wanting to restart, if you mess up) - aside from just liking stealth, which is fine and fair! - then sure, I'd be the first to play that stuff myself. But there's just none!

This depends on the mission, some missions give rewards for not alerting enemies.

And you can clear places fairly fast once you have the ram(or regen) to process a lot of hacks.

Not fully specced for INT on my current build, but can clear the outside enemies fast enough without having the inside ones know what's going on. Tech/Int/Cool build. Mainly using knives and a Burya, with hacks mixed in. I'd kill for a silenced tech weapon tho, lol.

Netrunning is overpowered late game; with overclock + cyberpyschosis, you can clear an entire compound remotely/from cams, undetected, without moving. Alternatively, overclock + suicide + monowire/takedowns if you prefer to be more personable.

The issue with netrunning, however, is that it's a miserable experience on Very Hard for 2.0 until you reach 50+ (Phantom Liberty). Early to mid-game damage is heavily nerfed, quickhacks are harder to come by, and you'll be bottlenecked without the right cyberware.

For the easiest overpowered build, perhaps quake + berserk + slippery with cyberware that enhances speed.
if you find starting with int hard, build into body just enough for adrenaline and just enough tech for quick heals, then transition into int.

The issue with this is that it's just not optimal on Very Hard*, at all. You're going to be short on perk points until the mid 20s, which means you only have two lanes out of the several available to focus on in order to be effective. So instead of splitting between body, tech and int, one may as well focus entirely on body, or entirely on body + reflexes.

what do I stack for quickhack crits? I only beat smasher after dying 20 times and it took me some good 5 minutes of constantly circling around him while cripling his movement and spamming monowire to get my ram back

I'd love to see a demonstration of this build that doesn't involve a level 60 character with T5++ cyberware. You're better off stocking up on secondary ammo and using Yinglong with the smart gun perks in INT - & SMG perks, just not tier 20. You'll also want the hand upgrade that adds electric procs every reload. When hacks don't work, you defer to your SMG from behind cover. It will carry you.

Any blades build, with Katana on top (doh, same as pre 2.0!).
Still strongest builds in the game

I recently did a 2.0 run as a pure netrunner. It still wrecks.

But there is a lot of changes to how it plays.

You really can go two ways with runners.

1 Pure where all you want to do is hack with this it is all about maxing out your ram and ram regen using overdrive and queue stacking were the order you stack hacks is very important as loading some before others has new combo effects. It also means a lot of planning and figuring out the order of operations for how to deal with an encounter. It is a lot of fun to look over a run and figure out the order you need to take people out so no one triggers an alarm. And when the s hits the fan blasting overdrive and trying to burn down anyone left.

Lots of fun highly recommend giving it a try if you already enjoy the old style runner.

2 Combat Hybrid runner where you use smart weapons and combo effects with a hand full of hacks to take out people. This one is less my style but I can see how it works. But I feel like it is something you really can only do correctly very late game as it requires some rare gear and often needs the PL to really get all its kit together. But at least the videos Ive seen of it looks like it just owns stuff.
