You probably made a wrong choice in dialogue somewhere, missed something, or didn't talk to him in your apartment by the TV about Alt and Rogue.

If you don't get it this time around, I say try again! However, if it's really bothering you and you don't want to play again, you can use Cyber Engine Tweaks from the Nexus mod site to enable the Silverhand ending.
Doesn't matter if you got the Blistering Love quest. It's the matter of those 3 specific responses.

Ah, the wiki forgot one thing. You need to pick "The guy that saved my life" when he asks first, then those three responses.
Far as I know, if you pick any of the other choices, you won't get the ending?
There was solo much debate over it on utube.
One Tuber I saw, had the affinity about 40% but managed to get the secret ending, and that's all of the things they did. All four dialogue options (the one I listed, plus the 3 the wiki has)
Tho, haven't goten that far in 2.0 yet, so I don't know if that's changed.
Affinity plays no role as it's a separate statistic. The more quests you do with Johnny and further you are in story - the higher the number.
You responses, however, affect your dialogues in the endings while with Alt in Mikoshi, for example.
