DLC Mission 1: Dog Eat Dog - Access Point bugged?

I am on the very first mission in the DLC and it asked me to find the access point... I find it and nothing happens. I can't interact with it, I can't use the generator to give it power. My HUD has also mysteriously vanished. Anyone have an answer for this?

Yep just dealt with this. Do you have autosave turned off? This was the culprit for me. If so you will have to go to the engine>config>base folder of your game and delete the user.ini file which will turn autosaves back on. I don't know if this bug persists throughout Phantom Liberty but at some point, I'm going to try and turn autosave back on and see if there is another similar issue later on in the mission where this happens. I think maybe not. It seems that just the access point room has a lot of saves that pile on there like 6-7 in a row once I got rid of the user.ini file and returned the game to default autosave function.

Just FYI I'm playing the game through gog and that's why steam will not list my hours as active player.

Also I'll credit that I found this fix on a redditt though I don't have the url.
