How do multiple save profiles work?

Hey friends, like the title says- I've never actually rolled more than one character before, so I'd like to start a netrunner build. I've noticed the game only keeps a certain # of saves, though- does it differentiate between different characters? I don't want to accidentally overwrite my melee character with the new character's autosaves.

All your saves are in one long list. There are not different profiles. But you can start a new charcater and manual save when you stop so you can keep them seperate.

The saves do list level, time and origin of character. If you do a different start for the new character will be able to easily keep them seperate.

Autosaves will over write each other htough when the limit is reached.

just made the mistake myself of not making a manual save. Made a new character, played it until I reached level 3 or 4, and when I wanted to come back to my previous character, I realized I had lost probably 20 hours of gameplay.
So yeah, doing a manual save at teh end of your gaming session is a must do.
