Stripper Tubes in the Afterlife

Just started playing again in eranest since the update and I noticed that the Stripper Tubes in The Afterlife are empty now. I tried several "old, older and oldest" saves and all show empty tubes. Did I miss something; is this common knowledge now; or just something on my end? Has anyone else seen this? I tried validating and even reinstalling the game. Clean install, no mods - same things.

I was just in Afterlife a few minutes ago and I know at least one of the tubes had a dancing lady in it because I remember wondering how the bar gets anybody to do that job.
Float in this tank and gyrate all night? You can’t go anywhere, or talk to anybody, and you have to wear an oxygen mask the whole time? And if something goes wrong you can’t get out easily. And when you do get out, you’ll be all wet and pruney.

I assume the other tanks are empty because they can’t find anybody interested in doing the work.

I think it's linked to priorities of what get streamed in by the game engine. For the first build in a while, I'm always seeing full tubes in there. So they are there.

@ Seamus - I actually thought their might be "shifts" and tried Fast Traveling away, Fast Taveling nearby and walking back in, in one-hour increments for three in-game days. No luck. They are empty 24/7 for me. Thanks though...

No idea either - its very odd.

Somebody peed in one of the tanks, so they had to flush the whole system.

This is really old behaviour in the game, but here it is for 2.0. Current specs are on my profile. Might not be the cause in every case btw - just something which is known to happen already.

No dancers. This was taken after a couple of hours play, driving several times across town at speed, including into Dog Town and back a couple of times.

I just got this glitch as well after going down to a clean install to remod for the new patches. No tube dancers. Not in the Afterlife and not on Jig Jig street either. Haven't found a solution for it.

Tube strippers have lives too! They'll come back after some much needed downtime.

Stripper tubes still have all male names last I checked too.

I couldn't tell you why it happens, but the cause of the lack of NPCs is usually from loading a save in the area. If you load a save somewhere you know there's supposed to be rando NPCs interacting but they're not, or in this case the tube people, just run away from the area and come back and they should be loaded in.
