Can't get "Fear the Reaper" to activate

Before you ask, yes: I have over 70% affinity with Johnny, (have 85%) and I've been sitting on the rooftop for about 10 minutes and he says nothing. I've completed all the side gigs not just related to Johnny, but the entire game. Is this bugged now or something?

It's not related to Johnny Affinity. You have to select certain responses to the conversation with Johnny at his "grave" in Chippin In.

It always was those options, a lot of people thought it was affinity because to get to the point where you can have that conversation you will have a 70+ percent affinity with Johnny.

Define official? From CDPR directly, never saw anything like that about endings, game journo sites often take one thing and run with it from one another without bothering to check and confirm.,

Yeah you need the 4 parts of tapeworm and the 6 or so correct responses at "chippin in"

Done it many times and usually have about 40% affinity with Johnny.

Can anyone confirm what choices you actually need to pick for that mission, or at least a quicker way to tell?

Every guide I look up seems to claim that different options are the correct options. I don't want to have to play through most of the game just to find out I picked the wrong ones.
Last playthrough I was at 90%, and some of the guides had the same options I picked, yet I still couldn't get this ending.

Download Save Editor. Manual save ingame and load the file save with the editor. Go to Quest Facts and click Enable Secret Ending, save changes and ready to go.
