ken block hoon car wont spawn

so i accidentally looted the chest with the car keys early than i was supposed to i guess, but it was before i had the quest to meet with takemura, now that ive done that progressed with his quest, the delamaine quest a bit and hit act two the crate is still looted and empty and the car wont spawn. someone please help!

For me it wasn't even spawing after talking to Takemura before looting the chest. The car not spawning seems to be a bug.

Same as Matthias. I never looted the chest, and already met with Takemura in the cafe place, but the Ken block car will not spawn no matter what I do. Sigh.
