Achievment: Judgment Day BUGGED (Increased Criminal Activity 3 )

Ive complete the increased criminal Activity 1 and 2 completly but the 3rd is not showing up, i know its in dogtown in the southern part but it doest seem to spawn / trigger

Does anyone has same issues or a fix or a save file for the last Achievment ?

On their site it says they are aware of some achievements not working. Im having issues with an older achievement not working as well

I completed the criminal activity one with barghest soldiers and scavs but the voodoo boys one? It's empty, there is no one there.

Could i have your save file with the Scav & Barghest (that in the spacecenter on west) ?

I have FULLY completed EVERY quest in Dogtown and for me the 3rd is ALSO not showing up - ADDITIONALLY, no more relic pieces are showing up EITHER!

for the relic points just hit google or yt i have found all of them to get max relic upgrades
