M'ap Tann Pelen bugged, mr hands doesnt call.

Did NCPDs, did side quests, slept in APTs and did joy toys. Finished all the gigs around town including some of Rogues and currently sitting at Level 40 and SC at 50. Ive been playing for this long and still no phone call from Mr Hands to trigger any meeting with the Voodoo boys.

Currently just stuck on the quest M'ap Tann Pelen. Does anyone know how to fix this? or we just have to wait for CDPR to fix it. Ive also waited in game for about 2 weeks of time and still nothing.

Question is that a google search indicates that this seems to be a long running bug, so is this even on their Radar if it isnt even fixed at the moment?

Also hoping to see if others are getting the same issue or if its just me. Also verified my game files, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing.

i tried to call him and it doesn't work. just rings and doesn't pickup.
