Unique items picked and not coming to inventory.

I noticed this towards the end of my playthrough, when I went after getting all unique items. There are certain unique items that I am sure that I picked up and yet they are nowhere to be found such as the katana you get from the Oda boss fight.

I confirmed this when trying to pick up Smasher's shotgun, Ba Xing Chong, I can see it in the box, name and everything but when I loot it, is simply disappears. Not in my stash or inventory. I tried to load a previous save 4 times and it does that every time. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Its not displayed well, but you are picking up blueprints, not items. Check your crafting tab, they should be there.

Yeah, feeling a but foolish now but your are right. I suppose I must have forgotten to pick up some uniques during quests. Thanks for your help!

Yea this got me at the start of the game, for a while i thought maybe they broken weapons andhad lost them.
Then i saw them in crafting.
