Money cheat with engine tweaks will disable achievements?

So, I like this game. I want to complete it to 100%
But I want to do so in terms of Gameplay, not asian mmo grid stuff (which is required for cars achievement)

So I wanted to use money cheat do skip that one
My concern is - does mods and cheats disable achievements?
I guess not, because I dont see mod to enable them (which usually the case when mods disable achivements)

Still safe to ask before check

if u also want a more custom start u can also cheat the skill points

There is part of the game I like
I want to play that part of the game

There is part of the game I don't like
I don't want to play that part of the game

So I won't spoil my fun by just "disabling" game's part that involves money and would be able to just focus on story and gameplay. And out of 100 hours of 65 fun 35 not I would reduce it to just 65 but all fun.
And spend those 35 to some other game.

Cyberpunk is not disabling achievements regardless what cheats or mods you use.

just dont cheat too much and set a starting money/material that suits you, its your game after all
