Mr's Hands message not coming

So I started playing Phantom Liberty DLC and i'm at the quest when I need to wait for Mr Hands message to continue the story but the problem is his message is not coming even thoug I' m speeding up the passage of time. Anyone have the same problem?

do some side missions if skipping time doesnt work in the DLC, thats what always worked for me

hmm I dont receive any of Mr Hands message at all, even for the side missions. idk

try unistall the Phone Messages Overall mod and reload the save before the Mrs Hands call, it worked for me.

I've turn off all mods before starting Phanton Liberty :/

Has anyone figured out why this is happening? I currently have the same problems even after backtracking completely to when I first enter dog town.
