From Reddit, so it's upto you to trust it or not. But from the replies it seemed to fix the issue for everyone.

I got this error on 2.0 when the game was launching. Just install any intro skipping mod, like (Fast Launch (Skip Intro - Startup Videos)), and it should be good to go
---------
The other result is possible ram failure.
1, Update your Windows system (I found out there is an update for my Windows 11 after had some many crashes), Geforce Experience drives;
2, Reinstall the game or check the integrity of the game;
3, Delete the Mods;
4, Unable Cross Platform Saves (works for me, no crashes since then for nearly 3 hours);
5, Delete the file: C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache.
Good luck:)
I had this exact error and they have acknowledged that there is a memory leak in the game, which causes certain processors to try to do too much and it results in the exception crash. The ONLY way I was able to solve this (at least until a patch comes out) was to download the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, install it and lower my processor cores by like 4-6. Haven't had a crash in 30+ hours since!
I also read about it and reducing from 55x to 54x was a success at least able to start the game. I thought, this error is something new, but maybe it was the same and appears random and i switched back to default core values :)
But i will re-down clock my cores and see what it does.
Thanks for sharing! ;) See ya
I'd be curious if this works for you too! I created a post with this fix, but things get buried so quick here if they aren't going back and forth instantly, lol. I actually set mine to 50 just to have even more buffer and haven't had a single crash yet.
