Judy romance new PL game?
Starting female V but choosing the phanthom liberty new game option.
Can i still romance Judy? since it skip the 1st meeting with her.

uh? you meet Judy in Act 1.

PL doesn't start until after you deal with the Voodoo Boys and meet Alt.

You will get a call from her asking to come over right away. So it skips a big chunk, not sure if that affects the romance though. But you do pick up her quest line starting the PL quest first.

When you start a new game- you have the option to do from normal or from PL. If you do a PL start you start at level 13 and you go directly into PL quest line. Skipping the first half of the normal game.
