How does it work? +10 to cyberware stat modifiers but what does that mean? I check my cyberware before and after obtaining the perk and nothing has changed.

Cyberware stat modifiers are the blue text bonuses, listed at the bottom of all tier 2 or higher pieces.

Yeah they aren't changing. Do I need to upgrade them again or what?

It works, it just doesn't show on the card. Look carefully at something like your health or carry capacity and you'll see that it changes.

That talent seems to be bugged and doesn't give extra stats and breaks some cyberware, I noticed that I had 1 less RAM after taking it, found it was because my RAM Recoup had +1 RAM with the talent on, and the normal +2 RAM without the talent.

Also found a reddit post saying that it also breaks some other cyberware.
