TIer 5 Cyberdeck

I'm looking for a tier 5 cyberdeck on every ripperdoc but I cant find them. Does it have anything to to with my level? I'm currently on level 36 and street cred 49.

street cred might need to be 50 but level is definitely too low

They come at lv 40 I think, I`m at lv 39 myself so I cannot say for sure... But since that`s what has been going (t2 at level 10, t3 at level 20,... ) It`s what makes sense.
What makes me scratch my head is that the quickhack shops start selling you the next tier a tier before xD

Tier 5 is level 40. All Ripperdocs sell the same items now, no need to go all over.

What they sell is level loacked. New tier becomes available every 10 levels.

you dont need to buy it at tier 5, but instead upgrade them to tier 5.

It is odd, but you can use them if you hoard crafting components and upgrade your cyberdeck. Rippers will happily upgrade it to a tier they won't yet sell. ex: at level 31 I've got a tier 5 Rippler, which I normally wouldn't be able to buy for another 9 levels.
