Does V2.0 still works on Win7?

Hi, anyone tried update v2.0 on win7? because all versions before v2.0 worked on win7 without any major problem so i was wondering if anyone tested it

This forum has been a not so good place for Win 7 related stuff since close to release. My understanding was that 1.6 was the last build supported for Win7 and reportedly not too many issues with it. You may find better answers on a Win 7 specific forum. Good luck if you do decide to try to work around the dx12 issues.

It just sound SO wrong to me when people suggest upgrading to 10, like people who are asking dont know it and will suddenly be like: OMG you are right! how come i never thought about it!
Is it seriously SO HARD for this generation to think for a moment that the person is asking this question probably have his own reasons and difficulties for wanting to play it on win7 not 10?

I really dont know why im replying to this but... did u just read that i said it worked on win10 before 2.0 when it was SAID its win10 only again too? thats why i asked "ANYONE TRIED?" i need actual experience

Shouldn't you be able to update to windows 10 for free?

A win7 machine would not have the correct drivers for the cards needed to run the game.

Sorry i forgot that i did mention that my problem actually is that i cannot upgrade to win10 and that i also did ask how can i get win10....
