No wanted level?
So I more or less just finished Phantom Liberty, and when I go to NC now, and kill police or civilians, I just don't get a wanted level. Anyone know why?

Edit: Found a temp fix via just shooting the Dogtown gate guards. Gives an instant 3 start rating. Just go hide after until it goes away, and they're fixed until you load again.

This happened to me too, I shot two cops as I was trying to die before shutting down and nothing happened.

I used Tiny Mikes weapon.

Walk through the dogtown gate where they scan you. It fixed it for me.

I just shoot the guards at the Dogtown gate. Instant 3 stars, then just run and hide. Fixes things until you reload.

Had you recently done Moving Heat? Moving Heat seems to be breaking things in a dozen different ways for everyone.
