Dazed and Confused quest bug

Trying to return to the BD shop after waiting for Shank to text back. The door is locked and reload saves and reloading the zone and skipping time does nothing. Anyone know of a work around?

I’m having the same issue. I can’t get past this quest because “find Malina” never goes away after I find her. I tried to reload an earlier save and do it again but it’s the same thing.

I'm stuck on Wait for Lina and the optional find something of sentimental value for Tool. I've had this mission for a while and it just doesn't work. There's nowhere for me to wait, as in I go to her place and can't click anything that says wait. Then the door never opens when its the optional thing for Tool. Been bugged for a long time and I have no idea what to do now.
