Problem with Ken Block car
I got this car with my 30+ hour save. Yesterday I start new save almost 2 hours playtime and Ken Block car wasnt there where it was with pervious save.

How can I get that car?

You have to finish all the intro and prologue stuff, finish the heist and then meet with Takemura in that diner. Afterwards you can get the car pretty early on.
