In 2.0 I can now Taketown White Skulls?

So, previously, if someone had a skull, you could not use takedown on them, but I guess now you can? Anything else I should know? Thanks for any guideance.

Yeah, they're not immune to takedowns any more. No damage reduction either way from level difference either.

My understanding is now the skull just means the enemy is an elite enemy. Some of them have the trait that they can't be grappled and so you can't do a takedown on them.

That's how I understand it too. You can see the skills when scanning, of course.
