- and you need to do it at a ripperdoc ... i think.
when i first restarted - i was wondering why - even at the start - i had like 14points? taken up.. - was due to my default cyberdeck taking like 14 of my starting points.
so im willing to bet - higher end apps/hacks need way better decks. vs more cyber points to equip.
Upon loading in I still have 999+ mats in all things including the old stuff that isn't used anymore.
All of my Cyberwear is Tier 5. Since I have plenty, I've upgraded it all to Tier 5++.
At Tier 5 the same materials, the gold CPU looking thing should come up as the required material.
Perks are not needed to upgrade anything simply the material cost. It should show when you hover over any item.
That way if you're planning a build that is not INT focused or Netrunner you can still max out a Cyberdeck.
