Is it possible to make a playable Lucy or David Martinez?
Like extremely close to the anime :happystar2022:, maybe like live action Nami vs. manga Nami in closeness.

Less concerned about the builds, and more about the actual physical appearance of the character. Can you have a gradiant hair style/layers like Lucy or spiky anime hair like David LOL

Don't know about David, but there are a couple mods to make your body, face and outfit look almost exactly like Lucy. Might be harder to achieve ingame. After that, just go all in on decking and monowire.

Often, what the game doesnt offer, mods will.
But you can get close with some cyberware in the basegame too.
