But if your hell bent on getting it you have to do his sidequest called Chippin In late in the game.
Gun name - Mandalorian Arms 3516
Where to get - Chippin' In Quest - Acquired from Jeremiah Grayson.
Copy/paste from website - "Once you’ve taken out Grayson, Johnny and Rogue will be talking by him. This is where you can finally get Johnny’s gun. Take this opportunity to learn more about Smasher while speaking with Grayson. Eventually, he’ll beg for his life by saying he has access to a container with something of Johnny’s. Regardless of your decision, you can get access to the container."
There ya go have fun once you get it. It's a pretty cool gun that has a really good hipfire.
Really because i am doing the new content with that gun on hard and 1 or 2 shotting everything !!!.
Its the build...not the gun doing the work. Only reason to use it over literally any pistol even non iconics is if you like the animations.
The gun feels unfinished.
Yeah the gun is decent if you can consistently land headshots. What makes it truly special is it's animations. There were several mod edits of the gun to make it a lot better. Which i am sure are gonna be updated.
So far only this one has been updated but there are sure to be stat fixes as well.

Oh that is a really nice detail. I love it.
Thanks!
