Cyberware Tier Upgrades giving worse optional bonuses?
So I have Tech 9, got the first cyberware perk tree opened up, and I've been upgrading my implants. However, I've noticed on a couple of implants that the granted bonuses from upgrading to the next tier are worse than what I've currently got.

For example, I have a T2 Ram Recoup with +5.1% Decreased Enemy Vision and +8.7 Bonus Stealth Damage. The T2+ version, however, +1.8% and +3.7 (respectively).

On another implant, T2 Ram Upgrade, I have +4.9 Armor and +3.1% Headshot Damage, but T2+ drops me to +4.3 and +2.7% respectively.

So is this supposed to happen or am I looking at a bug or something?

You have other perks that increase the effectiveness of Cyberware in certain slots. The upgrade tooltip doesn't reflect the effect of those perks, but the current tooltip does.

That's the discrepancy you're seeing. Go ahead and upgrade.

I noticed this I think for the tier 3 or 4 titanium bones. What I had was 50% increased carry capacity and the next tier was 46% lol. So I never upgraded. I think my tier 5 is 60%

Unfortunately, this is not the case. I did a bit of save/load testing and the upgraded tiers with worse modifiers definitely cost me stats when applied.

Then that's a bug.
