How to fail panam romance?

Can i save and do the panam romance until after i finish the phantom liberty dlc? I am using mods to do both judy and panam romances, and to avoid breaking the game i want to do one before the dlc and one after. But at this point in the story is it even possible to continue doing the romance or not?

You'd have to not pursue the romance in her personal quests, nothing gets locked out until the point of no return anyway - afaik

I romanced Judy and panam as male v, it doesn't break your game or anything.

You didn't romance Judy as a male unless you modded the game, so at least include that info for OP.

Not asking for spoilers, but did you go through phantom liberty yet, I k ow base game it doesn't break, but I want to know if I should hold off on doing one till after dog town
