Phantom Liberty BUG: Phone is disabled and can't contact Reed to progress

I was instructed by Mr. Hand that a meeting will happen in 10 hours. So i Did some other quests before the meet. I go to the meet, everything starts fine. At the end of the meet, the phone option is disabled. It says "I cant do that Right now"
I've started 8 different save spots (including saves 2 hours back) and same result every time.

Anyone experience this bug? I did a google search and it looks like this happened during 1.5 as well but with different missions.

Im having the same problem but when reed calls you for a mission

Same here, and there are lots of posts from people having this bricked phone from all kinds of missions. Post dates range from today until three years back when the game initially launched. If you have this bug it also seams to totally brick other quests which instead of giving you a phone call, get stuck as well.

Having the same problem can't access certain areas as well as to doors not opening

How? While in call all dialog options are blocked and I cant press F or pick any.

For the phone bug, I found that going into my quest journal, and manually selecting the quest step to call or text someone from that menu will unlock the phone.

Jump off a building or die some other way and when it reloads the phone works again. Worked for me.

I've had this phone bug since Songbird first called me at the beginning of the DLC. I am unable to make phone calls or look at any text messages, but I guess can still receive them. What I have tried:

Dying and resetting
Using a joy toy
Changing my appearance in apartment mirror

Does anyone have any other ideas or is my save perma-♥♥♥♥♥♥?

I just died on purpose and reset my phone. I am playing on PS5. Maybe it will work for PC as well.

I just quit to main menu and loaded the save again, worked for me.

OMG guys thanks ! I thought my game was ****** ! The joytoy from jig-jig street unlocked the phone for me.

Same here. But after deleting the game, I also deleted the Cyberpunk folder in Steam\steamapps\common and reinstalled, so it runs normally

Damn. My phone is also constantly turned off. Part of the UI is simply not visible. I can't contact Reed either. So I can't make any process anymore.

I tried:
- respawning
- reinstallation
- changing settings.

Nothing worked. Maybe I've lost my save.
