Second Heart Cyberware
Hi, im achievement hunting this game and i cannot find the cyberware mod "second heart" needed to get "V for Vendetta" achievement. I'm playing 2.0

It only starts showing up at higher rarities. I don't remember seeing it at epic but I may just not have taken note of it. It's definitely higher than rare.

Cyberware offered by ripperdocs increase every 10 levels. 10 uncommon/20 rare/30 epic/40 legendary

Second Heart is a Tier 5 cyberware, so you need to be at least level 40 for it to show up.

I'm just hit level 30 and it started to show in the ripperdoc menus.
