All of Night City just became a liminal space [bug]
Literally all people and cars have stopped spawning... I'm all alone running around... What the heck happened?

I have tried fast traveling, waiting, sleeping in an apartment, verifying integrity of the files, and loading an older save file.

Now reinstalling the game... I have no idea how to fix this.

Okay, just a heads up warning

This happened after I took the "deep dive" in dogtown but didn't do the part 2 of the quest... as soon as I did the part 2 everything came back.
