How can I tell if the Phantom Liberty DLC is installed?

How can I tell if the Phantom Liberty DLC is installed? It was in the game credits. Do I have to keep playing until it shows up?

If it's actually installed, in the game launcher there won't be an option to download it anymore and you will instead have the option to start a new game that just jumps into Phantom Liberty (w/ a preset level 15 build with various decisions already made for you, per dev streams).

you need to complete the voodoo boys section of the main story to start the DLC questline

If you start a new game it propose you to start the DLC directly if you want

The quest is actually in your journal. Also you should have won your brum-brum.
