Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos Netrunner

Curious what options there are for the netrunner, my game wasn't 100% before I did the dlc on this character. You can hack it yourself with 10 Int, call Mr. Hands and pay 15k eddies for his netrunner to do it, or call someone else. Anyone know other options that are available to call? I only have Carol Emeka from the Aldecaldos but she refused to do it probably because I didn't finish their whole quest line yet. She did send me my choice of a gun or a hack so maybe that is all she does regardless.

I just on it now and first person who came to mind was Sandra Dorsett and she picked up too. If not her I was gonna call Nyx

Nice, I hadn't done the later Sandra Dorsett stuff yet and Nyx I didn't have his number but when I went to the Afterlife in person he was just standing there. I guess for him you probably need to do that side job spellbound first?

Chang-Hoon is the netrunner I had to save, trapped in his chair in the basement.
Carol Emeka is the old woman from Panam's crew.

I wouldn't have either, but he answered the call, I recognized his face, and then the conversation ended up making it clear. I went with Nix. Carol won't help, but she'll give you something. Sandra is REAL dodgy, I almost went with her because she seemed to offer a mission, and I'm really curious what it was.

Having tested all potential outcomes, Nix from The Afterlife, who you meet later in the game, is the best to pick as he does it for free, and if you pick the other free option, then he gets paralyzed and leaves the city. For Carol's text, I recommend choosing the iron option since it will net you an iconic Sandevistan, and the quick hack option just gets you a quick hack that you can crat yourself being a tier-5 cripple.

Using Mr. Hand's runner and doing the favor he (or the runner ?) asks will give you MaxTac mantis blades (no other consequences attached).

Yeah and the Iconic MaxTac blades can be looted off Melissa Rory if you decide to kill her during the Bullets Side Job and there is a small chance they also drop from the blade wielding MaxTac Officers that show up when you hit 5 wanted stars. So Yoko's reward isn't all that exclusive, making calling Carol then Nyx the optimal choice if you are collecting iconic cyberware.

the cyberware nix offers isn't iconic. it's just tier 5 ICE cyberware.
