Just to nitpick: There is no ok button. Simply writing something will still save it, though
Yeah for achievements to not show in the Steam pop-ups, you have to disable the Steam overlay. You still get them, of course.
Drive letter where Steam is installed:\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe
Been a while since I played Fallout 3 (and much was on the physical boxed version), but that's a Bethesda game and probably use other methods to skip the launcher, if it's possible.
I don't remember skipping launcher in later Bethesda games either, but you might ask on the Fallout 3 forum, or even Skyrim, Fallout 4 or Starfield ones.
That's what I've been doing since day one. Put a shortcut on desktop. Simple
The launcher takes an age to load and then when it does load it puts itself in front of everything, including the mouse cursor, making it un-clickable lol.
IDK about anyone else, but this is a good enough reason for me to want to skip it.
