Gris Gris is not missable

Spent an hour looking around for info and eventually got it even after completing the entire PL storyline & side gigs, thought to share this info for others.

For the keycard, you can get back into the voodoo boys hideout only from the sewer exit attached to the netrunner's room, when you reach the end of the sewer, where there are pipes going up, remember you need to jump up to a ledge above you to continue. I was able to go all the way to where the keycard should be to check if I got it or not. The enemies in this area do not respawn.

The area where the gun is in is accessible right through the front door, beware the enemies will respawn but I could run directly to the door with skulls and get gris gris.

There's a blockage to jumping up. How did you get around it.

I just got a lost message pad from a dumster near the entrance to that bulding and the door opened for me.

Сan you specify where exactly this exit/entrance from the sewer is located?
