Wingate Unobtainable?

Soooo, at this point I've unlocked every car on the new website, but I cannot redeem the Type-66 Wingate. It eats my money and never adds the car to my garage inventory. It's the only one with this issue. Has anyone else encountered this yet??

Out of curiosity, did you all get the Type-66 Hoon before you bought the Wingate? I think there might be something not working properly between the two
