Using a trainer for money cheat or cool quickhack?
my opinion is using cheats/exploits/trainers to make money ingame is actually an unintended gameplay mechanic and is in line with cyberpunk lore.

Everybody should play the game the way they want. However I don't find using exploits or cheats to be fun. I prefer to actually earn money in-game by doing gigs, selling loot and hacking datapoints. It feels more 'real' to me.

I don't care about cheating and exploiting in offline single player games. Only in online games. So yep, I certainly do cheat and exploit in offline single player games.

I've used the console to give myself money when testing something or just wanting something quickly. (Have also done several playthroughs without heh.)

I don't think there's ever been an actual exploit which was intentional although some have seemed very thematic - when people were spending hours using a duplication bug and ended up with broken saves it seemed very meta. (Issue was fixed a long time back.)

If it’s not a multiplayer game, there’s practically zero reason for me to care what another person does or does not do with/to their game.

I use cheats/trainers/mods for singleplayer games pretty much all the time. Usually I beat the game the first time legit (there are some exceptions of course) and then the 2nd time around I give myself the best gear and stuff and F around for fun.
