I've got no mods, RT and Path Tracing turned off, in fact, I didn't even touch my graphics settings. Merely updated from 1.61 to 1.62 and now the game is crashing consistently at the exact same place on my way to the next job on my latest save.
I filled out and submitted a detailed crash report / log to CD Projekt Red via the link down below. If anyone sees this and you're experiencing the same, please also fill out and submit a report to the devs so they can resolve this sooner rather than later.

When I start a new game or want to load an old one, my games crashed, with or without mods...
Nobody said anything about deleting any files. Only mentioned that no settings were changed and that I submitted a bug report to the devs.
i crash at launch window. i never have installed mods for this game either. every fix i found did not work

Mods
R6
then verify the integrity of the game
its work for me
can play without mods : (
1. Before starting to crash the game tends to slow down, especially in menus and when opening the map, but hardware performance doesn't seem to be affected (much)
2. It also crashes when quickly opening and closing the item menu, either scrolling through options or constantly opening and closing the game menu
3. The crash almost always comes during or after some quick save point, even if you load previous saves it still crashes in the same place
4. The crashes are random, that is, they can occur anywhere in the game, but they occur more in Heywood, to be more exact, right behind El coyote cojo or in that area that covers the south east of Heywood
5. The failures begin when you have more than 100 hours of play, from there minor failures begin and when you reach 120 or 150 hours it becomes practically unplayable since it constantly crashes
6. Indeed, the crashes began more constantly from version 1.6 since there were not so many in 1.5 or earlier (I have played ALL the previous versions and it had NEVER happened to me) it is true, that in the previous versions they existed too, but definitely not as many as now.
7. If you play for a long time (from 3 to 5 hours in a row) it is very likely that the game will crash at some point after that time
I did several experiments with several current saves that I have of different gameplay durations, although always with the same graphic settings and with the same hardware configuration and the conclusion I reached is that after more than 100 hours the game simply crashes.. .. the reason is something that we should ask CDPR and literally .. there comes a time when it is UNPLAYABLE due to this and which IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN FIXED.
By the way.. I have not found any way to avoid this situation, except to be attentive in which part it crashes and avoid (as far as possible) getting close to that place and LESS let it make a save point near there or even It could start to crash systematically at more specific points in the game (WITHOUT COUNTING MISSIONS)
PLEASE FIX THE TECHNICAL BALANCE. I WANT BACK MY GAME
IM VERRY ANGRY ABOUT THAT PATCH
