Why do fast travel points sometimes show on my map, and sometimes they don't.

I have a quest that is going to send me to the other end of the map, but when I opened it none of them shows. I've used them a number of times before but now I have the prospect of jogging for 15 minutes to get where I need to go.

One other question, how do you switch from the inside to the outside view of the vehicle?

i think its like " Q " on the keyboard......not in game at the moment. I always drive using outside view. I hate the fact the camera resets itself for cars on the outside view but not motorcycles.

Applied a map filter accidentally? The map has different filters that show/hide various map icons, so could be that if you aren't talking about an actual bug.

It is in the top left on the map screen. Dynamic is default.
