This will make you an incredibly versatile Netrunner with breaches and hacks, while having Tech weapons to fall back to during direct combat that not only shoot through walls, but also one-shot everyone once you use the legendary Short Circuit quickhack due to its passive.
And depending on your playstyle; if you wish to be a Ghostrunner who is never detected you can go with the Tetratronic Rippler cyberdeck. Or with the Netwatch Netdriver Mk. 5 cyberdeck if you're more into a loud and chaotic playstyle.
personally i'd go with body/reflexes/cool and your last 5 points in tech.
use a katana for open battle. a silenced pistol for stealth headshots(Overture is the only good pistol to do this with). and an assault rifle/precision rifle for ranged battles. when you have a silencer equipped mousing over an enemy head while in sneak will display how much HP the shot will do represented by the (grey bar) if there is any yellow on the bar it's not a OHK.
also worth getting the Mass Vulnerability hack in breach protocol then use only physical damage weapons. that way you can hack their network stealthy deploy Mass Vulnerability and then have a much high chance of all your stealth headshots instantly killing the enemy.
for implants i'd go: Heal-On-Kill, Bioconductor, Second Heart/Biomonitor, Blood Pump/Adrenaline Booster, Pain Editor, Synaptic Accelerator, Subdermal Armor, Optical Camo, Dense Marrow, Microvibration Generator. as for legs they each have their pros and cons.
going for a tech build may let you shoot enemies through walls, but if you are doing that all the time it'll get boring and it isn't stealthy at all.
i'd recommend using ping, Reboot Optics and Whistle. Whistle is good for not only moving enemies away from somewhere like (a door) so you can get past you can also lure them somewhere, hide and then sneak up behind them and take them down. just watch out for and remotely turn off cameras with quickhacks or take them over to turn them friendly.
Thanks for this :)
Hahahaha ...nice. This sounds kinda boring for me. I wanna shoot something sometimes too :)
when you get to level 50 your stat spread should be 20 Body/Reflexes/Cool and 8 Technical Ability.
also a couple of implants i missed that may be useful: Inductor (immunity to shock and emp effects) and heat converter (immunity to fire damage, +10% dmg when under the effects of fire DOT) < you can abuse this with grenades that cause fire damage to immolate yourself.
