Unable to text Regina. The text message interface won't come up no matter how many times i press T. Any help?

Make sure quest progression has moved to the "text Regina" phase. Had something similar happen last playthrough; couldn't text Regina (game would only show normal text interface in the phone) until I noticed quest phase was stuck in "locate the cyberpsycho", even though I had knocked her out. Had to scan her, while lying on the floor, to advance quest phase.

also make sure to read shards, sometimes you need to in order to get to txt regina phase

i read all of them. it doesn't work.

Did you check the beach below?

there's a shard at the bottom of the pier, search and read it. you can open the in-game menu and go to messages rather than the "t" shortcut that doesn't work sometimes.

yes i did all the above. i managed to complete by reloading to an earlier save before the fight and doing all steps by steps again.

however, this bug doesn't seems to just hit this quest. i couldn't text regina too on other cyberpsycho.
