How do you know if enemy is incapacitated (knocked out) or dead?
Shot an enemy using Non-lethal pulsar but Idk what's different between a corpse or a knocked out person

A knocked out person would still move very slowly, to show they are breathing and if you point your gun you can see the reticle pointing at them. If it is dead, there will be no movement and the laser/reticle will just pass through the body.

I see, thanks

If a target is alive but unconscious, your gun's reticle will turn red when you hover over them (though not smart-gun reticles).
If you save and load - and under some other circumstances - this method fails; however, if YOU PERSONALLY *JUST* put them on the ground, this method is valid.
Otherwise you see if they move at all.

This is a tricky matter...I see lots of enemies that don't cause a red reticle, but they still seem to be quivering. And sometimes you will still get kill points for a head shot. I don't assume they're dead unless they are dismembered.

another indicator is there will never be a blood pool. just because there is none does not mean they are not dead but if there is they are dead.

right, as I said:

1. if you knocked them out and, say, saved the game and later loaded said save, they'd still be there unconscious but the reticle won't turn red.
2. if you weren't the assailant, the reticle won't turn red.
possibly other conditions, too

but if this is a 'heat of the moment' "♥♥♥♥ did I accidentally kill that cyberpsycho?" situation, it works fine.
