Which of the 4 Raytracing settings are the most "worth" ?
So I try to stay above 60 fps, which of course is hard with raytracing on and being in the city.
When having everything on besides Ray-Traced lightning I get like 70+fps with everything else ultra etc.
but what would you say gives you the best lookg of the RT settings and which one are good to disable for more fps boost ?

Honestly...I have a 2080 TI and I have just the checkbox's checked for ray tracing and everything else turned up. Granted this is the only way I can run at 60+ fps (I can't handle anything less or I would), but I did turn on the ray tracing settings to medium, high, and psycho. For me I think the game looks the best and runs the best with the slider set to "off" and just the boxes checked. The ray tracing doesn't start to look really good until you turn it all the way up anyways.

I also have to have my video card overclocked 150/300 to be able to keep it above 60 with those settings.

I'd say that if you actually have to ask this question and care about performance you'd be better off without enabling RT at all. But in general this is a highly subjective topic and can vary greatly game to game. My personal preferences are almost always the following (descending priority):
1. GI (Called Ray-Traced Lighting here, even the lowest quality is good enough)
2. AO (Not present in Cyberpunk)
3. Shadows / Reflections (This one is highly project dependent, here I prefer reflections before shadows)

reflections

For this game I think reflections have the biggest visual impact. Especially in the city. I'm not really all that perceptive when it comes to graphics. In most games I would have trouble distinguishing between medium and ultra settings.
With ray traced reflections, I don't even need to compare On Vs. Off. The difference is obvious.

Go with reflection. RT lighting hit heavy if you are trying to maintain 60fps.

I would go with just reflections if you want something pretty to look at and aren't too concerned about realistic looking shadows and ambient occlusion.

Remember the more RT settings you enable, the more demands you put on your GPU and the more VRAM will be required.
