I also have to have my video card overclocked 150/300 to be able to keep it above 60 with those settings.
1. GI (Called Ray-Traced Lighting here, even the lowest quality is good enough)
2. AO (Not present in Cyberpunk)
3. Shadows / Reflections (This one is highly project dependent, here I prefer reflections before shadows)
With ray traced reflections, I don't even need to compare On Vs. Off. The difference is obvious.
Remember the more RT settings you enable, the more demands you put on your GPU and the more VRAM will be required.
