Black screen after fast travel? I found a fix.

Hey guys, i saw someone mentiong about cascading shadows causing an issue in another topic. My game on fast travel goes to black screen so i fiddle around in settings. Under graphics -> cascading shadows range set to low, cascading shadows resolution set to low. problem is fixed for me and i can fast travel again.
