Hm, but you can get out of bounds quite easy in CP2077, even without exploits...
Then again a minority is into exploring that, would be my guess.
Yeah, although it still takes some effort (or should... bug report otherwise...).
To give an example of how they think about it, they left the ability to climb onto a specific flying car in the game for absolutely ages because they didn't want to take away from something silly and fun even though it took players to places they'd not intended. They eventually introduced an insta-kill thing to it when it started to cause problems leading to bug reports as more and more started to climb onto it.
