Report a translation problem
Think about it for a minute, both the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, as well as last-gen consoles, use AMD architecture in their CPUs and GPUs. If the game ran like crap universally on AMD hardware, the developers would be alienating not only all of the console playerbase but also a not insignificant portion of their PC playerbase.
Obviously you still need to meet the minimum requirements (regardless if you’re on AMD or Nvidia) to run the game but that’s fairly self explanatory.
edit: Also look at some benchmark videos online if you have doubts. That should always be the thing you do with these sorts of issues.
edit I guess it's depending on the title, I remembered 590 being much faster but apparently there's a lot of games that's not always the case
If it is, keep playing. If it isn’t, refund. Easy.
